Our simulators use mathematical models with physical or empirical characteristics to solve their cores, capable of representing the phenomena of heat transfer, deformation, microstructure, etc. Our software is built by implementing modern development languages and technologies, prioritizing usability criteria in their access interfaces (HMI), exploring agility and ease of use for the user, in addition to the flexibility of the simulations.
Our software is known as “off-line simulators” because it simulates the process in a safe environment and can be used in parallel without interfering with real-time control software, known as “on-line”. The development of this type of tool aimed at off-line simulation and process control in any area of application requires knowledge of the process to be modeled, the physical phenomena involved, the computational tools that will be necessary to represent these processes, and also the mathematical tools for the numerical solutions required for the problem.
Our simulators are made available, preferably, for use on desktop or notebook computers, so that analysts and technicians focused on the process can use them.
Our main focus at this time has been the development of specific and extremely complex projects aimed at Industrial areas.
